What sizes are available? In adult sizes, only Small, Medium, Large, and Extra Large are available. In women's, only Small, Medium, and Large are available. Occassionally we will have Extra Small and XXL available, but only on a limited basis. Why does this sticker/button/buckle/poster say it's a size medium? Are other sizes available? No, all accessories/non-garment items are one size. In order for us to import the orders into our system they must be set up with a size, medium is standard. We are converting everything over for accessories to be listed as OS (One Size).
What are your shipping methods? UPS & USPS. Do you backorder? Unfortunately we do not, please fill out the contact form if the item you want to order is out of stock, and be sure to keep checking the website to see if it is back in stock. Why don't I see a charge on my bank statement from Chaser Merchandising? It may be listed as B & H Company rather than Chaser. B & H Co is our parent company.
Can I place my order over the phone?
No, unfortunately we are not set up to handle orders via the phone or mailed in. All orders must be placed via the website as it is the most secure and safe method for both you as the customer and us.
Can I get expedited shipping? No, once the order is placed and received, we cannot charge more than what the total is.
How long will it take to process my order? The standard time is 7-14 business days, we do try to ship within the first 7 days, however that is sometimes not possible. We apologize if your order takes longer than expected.
Do you accept PayPal? At this time, we do not. As the company grows and we reorganize to better serve our customers, we will be looking into it.
Will you offer special promotions? Discounts? YES! Starting in 2007 we will begin a monthly promotion on either specific band or specific items. It can be either buy one get one free, special bundle packages, discounts if you order over a certain amount, the ideas we have are endless and they are all to benefit YOU!
