ORDERS POLICY:
Orders are shipped as complete as possible, if an item is out of stock, we ship what is available and you must reorder at a later date. Please allow up to 14 days for processing.
If only one item is ordered and it is out of stock, you will be notified. You will be given the option to cancel the order or select an alternate item. Customers will only be charged for what they receive. Cards are not charged until the order has been shipped. If there is a problem with your card, you will be notified immediately. Failure to respond within 14 days will result in the cancellation of your order. All domestic (within the United States) orders are shipped UPS Ground or USPS, you may call and request a tracking number after your card has been charged. International Orders are shipped via USPS. If you select a shipping method other than what is stated above, it will be changed, otherwise you can be subjected to much higher shipping costs than originally expected. RETURNS POLICY:
Items may be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt of the order, after that only damaged or defective items may be returned.
All items must be in resellable condition unless damaged or defective, items cannot be returned if worn or washed. Original shipping costs cannot be refunded unless it is an error on Chaser’s part. To return an order, please write the reason for the return on a copy of the invoice and include it with the order. Please mail all returns to: Chaser Merchandising
